At forevermy.com, we make every effort to ensure that your items are exactly as you want them. However, if your piece of jewelry has an error or arrived to you damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work quickly to exchange your item or issue a refund.
You may return new, unworn items to forevermy.com within 100 days of delivery. If you want to return an item, please first reach out to customer service. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be charged if you are returning personalized jewelry as they are one-of-a-kind pieces.
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
