We are keeping a close eye on the situation and taking all the necessary precautionary measures in line with the guidelines established by health authorities. All of our associates are well-informed and are taking the necessary precautions, including frequent hand washing. As well, every piece of jewelry is thoroughly cleaned before shipped out. We also offer a ‘Leave at My Door Delivery’ option, for the courier to leave your package outside your door.

MY ORDER

Did my order go through?
Orders are processed as soon as they are placed.
You should receive an order confirmation email from us shortly after your order is placed. Please allow 24 hrs before contacting Customer Care if you did not receive your confirmation.
What is my order ID number?
Your order ID number is what identifies your order. You can find your order ID in the order confirmation that you received when placing your order. It will start with 99******.
Can I still change my Order?
Once your order has reached the‘Manufacturing’ stage, we can still change your order but your delivery date might be delayed. During events we recommend to try not make changes as we are running on a tight schedule.
Can I change my shipping address?
We can change your shipping address for you until your item is in the ‘Packing’ stage. That’s the point we carefully pack your personalised jewellery and prepare it for shipping.
Can I still upgrade my shipping method?
Your shipping method can be upgraded until the ‘Packing’ stage.

Why didn't I get an order confirmation?
There are a few reasons why this might happen:
• Sometimes there is a slight difference between your actual email address and the one you placed your order with.
• The email may have been sent to your spam / junk / promotion folder.
- Look into these folders and find the email. You can also search for our email address care@forevermy.com and hopefully it will show up in the results.

- Mark our domain as 'Not Spam' in your email service.

• Some orders get stopped before being confirmed, this could happen because of special characters in inscription, special requests made by you, an error with the shipping address, or other such matters.
Please allow 24hrs for our team to release the order into a confirmed status.

If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email please contact our team and we will be sure to resend it to you.

Tracking isn’t working, why?
Please make sure the details you are entering are correct. Perhaps your order was placed under a different email address. Perhaps there was a slight typo when you placed your email address upon placing your order.
When will my order arrive?
Your order is either currently in production, being packed or shipped and on its way to you!

Haven't Received A Shipping Notification?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for you to track your order for most orders within the U.S.
If you haven't received a shipping notification then your order probably hasn't been shipped yet. Don't worry. we will let you know once your order is on its way to you.
Order Should've Arrived But Hasn't?
We are sorry that you haven't received your order yet.
• Check the shipping address on your shipping confirmation and see that all details are correct. If there is a slight mistake, the order will return to us and we will contact you for a correct shipping address.
• Track your order with tracking number with suitable tracking site, if it shows that your order is on its way please allow a few more days to receive your order.
• Ask other members of your household if they accepted the package. Yes, this happens a lot!
• Check if the order was delivered to your local post office.
