    The engraving needs to be deeper and darker. You can barely read it. The bracelet, the hearts and the gift wrap are all very nice. I am recommending this with the caveat that the engraving is too light and barely legible. And let's be honest, the engraved names are the entire reason for purchasing the bracelet in the first place. One star for the quality of the bracelet and one star for the packaging and customer service.
