    My experience was alright. The only issues I have is the length of time for the product to be made and delivered. You do specify in your website the length of time that it takes but I feel it is too long. My second issue is over polishing the metal. The letters for the names in the hearts of the necklace were "pulled" in the polishing process. The metal should be smooth not a running look. I polish metal in my career so I have experience and know what to look for. Other than those couple things for the price it's a great product. Thank you.
