It covers:
2 years from date of purchase
All Standard Warranty conditions:

 - Damaged Chain
 - Damaged Pendant
 - Stone Repair: replacement or fixes
 - Tarnished jewelry
 - Not including lost or stolen cases
Instructions
  • If your jewelry has any defects that is covered by the Premium Warranty, please send a clear image of the defected product to our Customer Care Team and we will gladly replace.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
  • All items must be returned before new products can be reproduced.
  • Please note that the warranty does not cover lost or stolen cases.
